H/B helical tooth/bevel tooth series high power speed reducer is brand-new rigid tooth flank gear units with wide application areas, which has the feature of large torque range, a design of unit structure modulization capable of horizontal mounting and vertical mounting which has solid shaft, hollow shaft and hollow shaft with shrink disk. With carbonized high-strength good-quality alloy the series has the feature of high-efficiency and long lite-span, permissible and radial loads, low noise, high reliability and compact structure and so on.
Taking new modular system ensure housing and internal parts of gear unit high interchangable and compounding, which significantly reduce the types of parts. Main parts are stocked for short time delivery. Taking optimal design of equal-intensity. High reliability,high loadability and High efficiency. Noise level of gear unit is significantly reduced by taking the process of bevel gear ground, helical gear tooth profile modified and lower noise optimal design on housing.
