Conclusions of DEVO on the Alibaba International September Purchasing Festival

On the Oct 10th , DEVO held a conclusion meeting or also a team building meeting. The theme of the meeting is concluding the turnover and
transaction during the Alibaba International September Purchasing Festival.
The Purchasing Festival set a marketing carnival to the global consumers via B2B or B2C models on the basis of the discounts being allowed by the
registered suppliers of Alibaba. DEVO has tried utmost to prepare this festival, including the responsibilities of related staff, marketing logo,
production program, logistics chain and financial Industry.
After the through , detailed preparation and a blood boiling kick-off meeting in which  the staff member set their own target of sales performance,

Festival started on Sep the 3rd (Pacific Time). In the duration of the Festival, the quantity of exposures, clicking, surfing and enquiries from the
global were dramatically increasing. The transactions load are obviously doubled, even tripled in some product. Everyone is busier, more dedicated
and more intensive. The turnover of every member increased obviously as the enquiries.
Through 26 days(Sep 3rd to sep 28th ) working, the turnovers of DEVO increased greatly, the staff were delighted. And on the day of Oct 10th, the
meeting of DEVO, the staff concluded the performance of each oneself, issued and analysed the advantages and disadvantages. By the discussion
and communication among the staff, they find the way of improving the transactions.
