DEVO always emphasizes the personal skill qualities of the staff and the training of staff. On Oct the 10^th,

there was held an inner test competition in the department of Foreign Sales of DEVO. The test is a virtual

or simulation export transaction, the aim is a practice for staff of foreign sales on the skills of trade.

The content of the test is that suppose there is a Korea Company placed an order with DEVO on the worm

gearbox NMRV 63 with motor. The requirements of the test, according to the order, are:

(1) drafting the Proforma Invoice

(2) making the Commercial Invoice

(3) making the Packing List

(4) drafting the Alibaba Assurance Payment Invoice

(5) the time duration: 1.5 hour

Every member of the department of foreign sales were so involved and did the simulation transaction

earnestly. They got their own models of PI, CI and packing lists. The whole staff finished the test in the

time less than 1.5 hours, after that there held a discussion among. They analysed, compared the process

of each other, so they shared the experiences of doing the transactions.

The results of the tests are excellent.
