By the momentum of the Sep Purchasing Festival, the DEVO has been harvesting the fruits of the very activity.

There has been experiencing a steady increase of the turnover and sales quantity. From the end of October till the

whole Nov, orders from USA, Russia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Fiji, Brazil, Mongolia … were being received byDEVO,

so the 

Department of manufacturing and 

international sales were keeping busy.

      The manufacturing staff of DEVO had to launch extra-work arrangement during the off-work time to fulfill the

production quantity from the orders. The salary of the extra-work was at least 1.5 fold as the normal level, so the

workers kept more energetic working desires. The sales staff were bees these days: receiving calls,emails of enquiries

from abroad, discussing, negotiating, recommending through the social media such as Whatsapp, Skype, Wechat …

.They even hardly had meals on time as usual. Beyond these, they had to go to the factory to monitor the quality of

products  being produced. Solving the problems the customers concerned, took photo and videos of the producing

processes, 

packing

 situations, dispatching scenarios, faxing or mailing paper documents…

   Anyway, it is meaningful for the whole DEVO to work during the busy period. After the busy and fast tempo of the Nov,

everyone of DEVO felt happy and fulfillment.
